Cold And Warm Forging Parts Manufacturers in India

Warm And Cold Forging

In Warm Forging the raw material billets are heated below de-crystallization temperature ranging from 500 degree to 800 degree before they are forged.

On the other hand, in Cold Forging the forging operation is done at room temperature. The primary advantage of Cold Forging is the material saving achieved through precision shape that requires little finishing.

Kalyani Forge has been manufacturing warm and cold forged based components over 10 years. Our technology partner for cold forging is Zenotech Corporation, which is one of the leaders in cold forging technology in Japan. Zenotech’s partnership gives Kalyani Forge access to the latest technology in cold forging areas in both die making and product manufacturing.

Warm and Cold Forging division manufactures components for engine, transmission and drive line applications. The division has got Press Lines ranging from 160 Tons to 1600 Tons. The infrastructure also includes Phosphating and Bonderising lines.

Product range consist of Constant Velocity joint parts with least machining and maintaining high level of dimensional accuracy in cold calibration process. We also manufacture wide range of products like kidney gears, lug gears, shafts, valve retainers, pinions, spiders, bevel gar, clamp injectors and many more, for which we are proud to be the leading manufactures.
