Kalyani Forge Ltd, are committed for continual improvement to achieve Safe, Healthy and Environmental friendly working conditions through Creating awareness amongst the employees for safe working practices, inculcating in all employees, a sense of responsibility for Safety, Health & Environment not only at work place but also in society at large ,Complying with relevant legislations and regulations for Environmental Management System, Occupational Health and Safety Conservation of natural resources and prevention of pollution, effective recycling and minimizing waste generation.

Society

An essential component of our corporate social responsibility is to care for the community. We endeavor to make a positive contribution to the unprivileged communities in the following manner. KFL support schools in surrounding village by distributing books and other stationery, providing clean drinking water facility, sharing knowledge and experience with students by Company employees. KFL make contribution to the various Government and Non Government scheme and give donation toNGOs for upliftment of unprivileged communities.
