Kalyani Forge possesses two critical success factors for its ‘First Time Right Product Development’ - Experienced Engineers and Technology.
Our Design and Engineering facilities include:
- State of the art CADCAM for 3D modelling. NC tool path generation and FEA analysis to accelerate response time in developing new parts.
- Metal flow simulation software “DEFORM” for virtual manufacturing and process validating to develop new parts right first time.
- High-end CAM software, like “DELCAM”, “TEBIS” and “UG-NX” for generating NC tool paths for high-speed die cutting, to reduce turnaround time in die manufacturing.
Tool Room
Kalyani Forge Ltd has a state of art in house Tool Room facility comprising of 4 axis, 3 axis, CNC milling machine and high speed milling machines from renowned companies like Makino, Hass, Cincinnati Milacron, and ZNC – EDM. The entire facility is inter-phased with the CAD-CAM centre through a fibre-optic network, thereby ensuring high quality Tools and Dies in terms of Consistency and repeatability. All dies required for manufacturing Hot / Warm / Cold forgings are manufactured In-house.
