Heat Treatment

Kalyani Forge Ltd has a well established in house heat treatment facility which is capable of meeting specific requirements of our various domestic and export customers.

Our heat treatment facility includes continuous hardening and tempering oil fired furnaces with a capacity of 400 kg per hour and 1 MT per hour. Various heat treatment processes like Hardening, Tempering, Normalizing, Isothermal Annealing and Stress Relieving are carried out here.

Kalyani Forge has established the processes of controlled cooling through forging heat for micro-alloyed steels with great success. We have also established controlled cooling for connecting rods made by Fracture-Split technology.
